Sales Force Live Agent, a highly customizable web chat tool that connects customers to the best-fit agent for their questions. Agents handle chats right in the console alongside their other work, and customers request chats with a chat button that you place into your website. Don’t worry, you don’t have to understand code. Salesforce does the heavy lifting, so all you have to do is copy and paste!
