The system implemented by us aims at reducing the road accidents in the near future due to drunken driving. The system detects the presence of alcohol in the vehicle and immediately locks the engine of the vehicle. Hence the system reduces the quantum of road accidents and fatalities due to drunk driving in future. Drunk driving is a major problem in every part of the issue many accidents happen due to carelessness on the part of driver. To overcome this situation here, we are introducing systems which will assist the traffic police officers to determine whether he/she is fit to drive or not. The Alcohol sensor on detecting the alcohol concentration will give the analog resistive output to the microcontroller then further alcohol detection message will be displayed. Thus car will be stopped on detecting alcohol concentration and related information will go to nearby location through GSM.
